NEW HIGH FOR LOW ART 12 MIDNITE signs on with prestigious Vancouver gallery Elliot Louis: opening Dec. 4 2-4 pm

Here's a bit of real lowbrow news for you....

After a tumultuous time of change, 12 Midnite, Canada's Lord of Lowbrow has arisen from the ashes and is set to take one giant leap for Lowbrow and a small step for mankind...or something like that.

Somehow, despite the apparent crumbling of economies, 12 Midnite's art has been steadily increasing in value and apparent desirability among collectors with a taste for art with a bit of bite. So much so that he has taken an extended sabbatical from being a minion of the evil empire to return to the bohemian life life of a full-time artist. That is, if bohemians drive hot rods and weekend at their country houses.

Thanks to the unabashed support of his new wife Jen, Ted Lederer, owner of the Elliot Louis gallery http://www.elliottlouis.com/ and a slew of new collectors, 12 Midnite will be mounting the first ever solo show by a Lowbrow artist at a major Vancouver commercial gallery some time in March 2011.

To get their clientele acclimatized to the sweet and sour flavor of 12 Midnite's Contemporary Pop (remember when Jack Daniels tasted harsh and naughty? It's something like that) there will be four pieces showcased in Elliot Louis' next show, opening Dec.4, 2-4 pm and running through the end of the month.

So come on down and show your support for the gallery's taking the big jump...it's a big car with plenty of horsepower and there's room for everyone!
